What is My Account?

Through your account you can easily view and update your account and orders any time. "My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at epsi.lk. You can:

- Manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers and email ids 
- Change your password 
- Track the status of your orders

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). epsi.lk will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your epsi.lk order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg.#100000010) for your reference with our Customer Service team and a listing of the item/s you have ordered.

Is Registration required to use the service?

You can browse or search sections of epsi.lk without registering for an account. However if you want to make a purchase you must register for an account or Log In to your account.

 

What are the benefits of becoming a registered user?

There are several advantages of becoming a registered user on epsi.lk and these include:Ability to save your delivery / billing details and also gaining eligibility for extra special offers that are sent out to the member database.

 

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Click on the Forgot Password link on the Log In page and follow the instructions.
